Refund policy

At Bundle Babe, your satisfaction matters. Due to the personal and hygienic nature of our products (hair extensions, lashes, and beauty supplies), we maintain strict return guidelines to ensure quality and safety for all customers.

📦 Returns Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and unaltered
  • Items must be in their original packaging with seals intact
  • Return request must be made within 7 days of delivery

❌ Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on:

  • Opened or used hair extensions
  • Worn or tried-on lashes
  • Opened beauty products
  • Items marked as Final Sale

💰 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Processing time: 5–10 business days
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

If your return does not meet our conditions, it may be rejected and sent back to you.

🔁 Exchanges

We only replace items if they are:

  • Defective.
  • Damaged upon arrival.
  • Incorrect item received.

📩 To request an exchange, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number.
  • Clear photos/videos of the issue.

🚚 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
  • Bundle Babe is not responsible for lost return packages.

⚠️ Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 48 hours.
  • Provide photo proof.
  • We will resolve the issue with a replacement or refund.

⛔ Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
  • Once processed or shipped, orders cannot be canceled.
